One rate for the whole API. Each stream is rounded up to whole audio minutes.
$0.01 — per minute of audio
$0.01 per minute of audio, everything included. Each stream is rounded up to whole minutes of accepted audio. During recording, charges follow actual usage; final settlement adds the rounding difference. For example, 29.2 seconds counts as 1 minute and 61 seconds as 2 minutes. The displayed minute price is converted from the current admin hourly rate; already issued streams keep their snapshot.

Streams issued before this rule keep their original billing policy. Empty connections and discarded audio are not billed; accepted silence is billed. Monetary fractions below a cent still carry forward when the configured rate produces them. Feature flags change what you receive, not what you pay.
Best-effort availability. There is no SLA today; if a translation node is unreachable we fall back automatically and the stream continues.
