FAQ

Have Questions?

1Can admins see members’ recordings?
No. Recordings, transcripts and notes belong to whoever recorded them. Admins only see how much each person has used, unless a member shares something themselves.
2How does adding someone mid-period work?
Adding people within the seats you’ve already paid for is free. Beyond that, we charge for the extra person for the days left in the current period, using the team’s payment method. From the next period you pay for the new count.
3Do I get a refund when I remove someone?
Not for the current period, but you’ll be billed for one fewer person from the next period. The freed seat can be reused at no charge until the period ends.
4I already pay for a personal plan. What happens when I join a team?
You switch to the team’s plan as soon as you join. Your personal subscription isn’t cancelled automatically — cancel it under Subscription to avoid paying twice. If you bought it through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in the store.
5Can I get invoices?
Yes. You can enter your company name and tax ID at checkout, and every invoice is available from the team billing page. For purchase order numbers or bank transfer, contact sales.
