This Refund Policy applies to all paid transactions made through the LecSync platform, including subscription plans and balance recharges. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Subscription Refunds
LecSync subscription plans (including Pro and Business) are non-refundable. When you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to all services until the end of the current billing period. No additional charges will be incurred upon cancellation, but fees already paid are not refundable.
3. Balance Recharge Refunds
Balance recharges are non-refundable once completed. Your balance does not expire and can be used to pay for overage recording charges. Please recharge according to your actual needs.
4. Service Issue Exceptions
If you are unable to use paid services due to technical issues on LecSync's end (e.g., a systemic outage causing recording failures), you may contact us to request compensation. We will evaluate each case individually and provide a reasonable resolution, which may include service time credits or balance adjustments.
5. Refund Processing
To request a refund or compensation, please email support@lecsync.com with your account information and a description of the issue. We will process your request within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
