We provide AI-powered real-time speech transcription and translation services supporting 60+ languages, including real-time transcription, instant translation, AI meeting notes, and intelligent search capabilities.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Record others without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service
• Resell or redistribute access to the service
• Upload malicious content or harmful files

4. Subscriptions & Payments

LecSync offers Free and Pro plans. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly (as shown at checkout). You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Overage usage is charged from your balance or the applicable billing channel. Available payment methods may vary by platform and region.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your recordings and transcripts. LecSync retains all intellectual property rights to the service itself, including software, design, and branding.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance or updates and will provide advance notice when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

LecSync is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
